Impact Strategist

In my role as Impact Strategist, I help our development and innovation teams support and advance Point Blue’s brand awareness, strategic impact, and organizational resilience. This includes institutional fundraising and technical grant coordination as well as planning Point Blue events like our annual Bird-A-Thon.

I got my start in conservation working on fundraising and communications for African wildlife conservation organizations. Before that, I worked on several sustainable development initiatives, including microfinance in Egypt and clean cookstove, solar lighting, and water filtration projects in Sudan and Ethiopia.

I have a B.A. in Middle East Studies from Hampshire College and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from New York University.

After living in several cities, I’m now enjoying country life in Sonoma County with my dog, cat, miniature horses, and goats.
