Jennifer Dyer

Executive Assistant

I’m pleased to serve as Point Blue’s Executive Assistant to the CEO and Liaison to the Board of Directors. My role includes contributing organizational and strategic support to the executive and leadership teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring the efficient operation of the office, and acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, board members, and external partners.

After earning my college degree in Psychology and English, I started my career in technology working for Netscape/AOL as a website producer and later as a web marketing manager. I shifted to being an independent digital marketing consultant and served a broad range of organizations, from startups to larger technology companies. After taking time to raise my three children, I shifted my work towards the non-for-profit sector and served for five years as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Buckelew Programs, an organization that provides mental health and addiction services in the North Bay. Since joining Point Blue, I’ve been excited to support the mission of Point Blue’s work and I’ve found the passion of the Point Blue team to be inspiring. I am thrilled to be contributing to an organization that works to understand and protect ecosystems, wildlife, and natural resources in the face of climate change.

I am an avid lifelong outdoors and nature enthusiast. I’ve hiked and camped in more than 10 states in the United States and have twice trekked in Nepal. I have a special connection to the Adirondack State Park in upstate New York and am fortunate to be able to spend time there each summer with my family.
