Human Resources Coordinator

In my role as Human Resources Coordinator, I provide recruitment and HR administrative support for Point Blue employees. I also have the opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of Point Blue’s DEI recruitment programs while supporting the new hire and onboarding process for all new employees. I found Point Blue in my pursuit of discovering an organization to work for that aims to make a positive change in the world. I am thrilled to have found such an organization with Point Blue, and to be part of such an inspiring team that focuses on solutions backed by science. Prior to my role as Human Resources Coordinator, I worked for twelve years in retail management where I directed the daily operations of multi-million-dollar stores while leading diverse teams.

I hold a B.S. in Sociology, with a Minor in Ethnic Studies from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. I grew up in Sonoma County, California, where I currently reside with my wife, two step-kids, and two cats. In my spare time, I can be found enjoying time with family and friends, eating wonderful food, exploring the beautiful county in which I live, and exercising!
